Open Hack Report: September 6th, 2008

I'm a little late with the Open Hack report. It's been really busy around here at The Hacktory. We're breaking new ground with some great new classes; if you're not a part of Wil's GPS-A-Sketch class, you'll definitely want to check it out the next time around.

As for the Open Hack, it was a dark and stormy afternoon. Literally. The torrential downpour definitely limited attendance, but those who showed were ready to get something done after fighting the rain. Wil came by with his GPS prototype and wowed the crowd in advance of his class on the 13th. Some new ideas for classes and events were thrown around-- you'll have to pay attention to the blog to see what's coming down the pipe.

Lots of heads down time, which is a nice change of pace from the usual hecticness of the Open Hack.

I need to remember to take some pictures next time. Remind me when you show up. See you next month.
